What is Accountability Chat?
Accountability Chat is the native per-agreement conversation in Zlaip. Human messages coexist with system event cards that are projections of domain events, never hand-authored by users.
It is the primary collaboration surface for workflow accountability, not a general team channel.
Reactions are not approvals
Emoji reactions and quick replies do not create Approval Lock. Explicit human confirmation is required for binding sign-off.

- Can we still use Slack or email?
- Yes for quick coordination. Run locked terms, approvals, and payment state in Accountability Chat per agreement.
- Are system cards editable?
- No. Users react or reply to them, but cannot edit or delete workflow event cards.
