Agreement Health

A risk snapshot before you lock: unclear payment terms, missing revision limits, and one-sided clauses surfaced as a score, not a surprise mid-project.

What is Agreement Health?

Agreement Health is a computed snapshot (typically 0 to 100 plus low, medium, or high risk) from detected risk items in the contract. It estimates revenue at risk if terms are weak.

It is advisory. Humans choose to negotiate, lock, or walk away.

When to use Agreement Health

Best during analyzing and negotiating, before Agreement Lock. After lock, terms are immutable; improvements require change order or new version protocol.
