Payment Release Gate

No approval, no release. The gate ties money movement to explicit client sign-off, not submission alone or friendly chat.

What is Payment Release Gate?

Payment Release Gate opens when Approval Lock is valid for the milestone and disputes on that milestone are cleared. Then invoice send, Stripe/PayPal collection, or escrow release may proceed per locked terms.

Zlaip orchestrates readiness; payment providers move funds.

Common mistakes

Invoicing on delivery before Approval Lock, treating payment as implicit approval, or releasing escrow because the client praised work in WhatsApp.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Zlaip process payments?
No. Zlaip tracks readiness and reconciles state. Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or Escrow.com hold and move money.
What blocks the gate?
Missing Approval Lock or an open dispute on the affected milestone.
