Consolidate feedback per round
One round = one batched list from the designated approver. Avoid drip feedback across days that consumes multiple revision rounds.
Pin feedback on the asset
Comment on the video timestamp, PDF region, or staging element — not "see attached v7_final_FINAL2."
Say "approved" only when you mean it
