Pre-approval checklist
Walk through each item on staging before binding Approval Lock:
- All agreed pages/templates present on staging
- Copy and imagery match approved milestone content
- Forms, links, and CTAs work on staging
- Responsive breakpoints reviewed (mobile, tablet)
- Performance and basic accessibility spot-check
- Client dependencies (copy, assets) were delivered on time
- No out-of-scope features merged without change order
