Video approval checklist
Confirm every item on the master export before sign-off:
- Picture lock: visuals match approved direction
- Audio levels, music licensing, and VO pronunciation
- Captions / subtitles if in scope
- Correct aspect ratio and duration
- Legal supers, disclaimers, and brand end card
- Export format matches milestone spec (ProRes, H.264, etc.)
- Revision rounds consumed within contract limit
Bind approval to the master file
