Creative project workflow
Zlaip’s mantra is Agree. Deliver. Approve. This guide maps that workflow to real milestones on design, video, web, and brand projects.
1. Agree — lock terms before delivery chaos
Upload or draft the contract, negotiate milestones, set revision limits, and Agreement Lock with both parties. Accountability Chat becomes the single timeline for the engagement.
2. Deliver — submit, review, revise
Creative submits milestone package in Review Workspace (video, PDF, site, Figma). Feedback pins to the asset. Revision usage shows inline. Scope Drift routes expansion to change orders.
3. Approve — sign off and get paid
Client Approval Lock on the version under contract. Payment Release Gate opens Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or escrow release. Vault records proof for disputes.
